CEO and Managing Director

A seasoned IT executive, with over 30 years of experience in the IT industry.

Amr brings a wealth of experience out of working for multinational and global companies such as NCR, SUN Microsystems and Oracle as well as regional IT service providers such as Summit and WAVZ.

Amr carries a proven track record in leading teams to achieve business goals and objectives by building a work environment that is fun to work at, nurturing for everyone involved while pursuing the highest levels of work ethics.

Amr is also a member of the Board of Directors of WAVZ

Chief Technical Officer

Mohamed brings on board a wealth of over 40 years of experience supported with vast success stories in the IT industry across regional and European markets.

He carries a successful track record in operations management, sales, IT services management, IT strategy, and last but not least, managed services in complex multi-technology environments.

Mohamed joined WAVZ in January 2022 and plays a pivotal role in delivering world class managed services to our clients.

Director of Finance

Mostafa brings on board a wealth of over 22 years of experience in finance and operations management within multinational and regional organizations.

He carries a successful track record in streamlining financial strategies and business operations that drive and increase efficiency and ROI.

Mostafa joined WAVZ in 2019 and plays a pivotal role in terms of developing and implementing world-class standards of financial and operational processes and controls.

Human Capital Director

An experienced professional with over 24 years of experience in the banking industry, including a prominent 20+ years focus on human resources with a proven track record in HR strategy, budget management, manpower planning, employee relations, and aligning HR initiatives with broader business strategies.

A believer that the human capital is the most important and valuable asset of the organization, whereby employees should be taken care of with utmost care and maintenance to easily reach the desired goals and achievements.

Amr joined WAVZ in October 2022 and since then, he has been playing a pivotal role in developing our human capital in a way that would enrich their job experience and make them efficiently aligned with the organization’s vision and mission.

Commercial Director

Mostafa joined WAVZ in March 2023. He brings on board a wealth of more than 30 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development and strategy.

Prior to WAVZ, He worked in several multi-national and regional organizations across a broad range of international locations with diverse cultures.

Mostafa has a significant track record of leading regional, and multi-national marketing and business development operations to achieve double-digit YoY growth.

He has extensive experience supported by solid achievements in promoting ICT innovative solutions in the domains of IT security services, cloud transformation services, microfinancing, outsourced IT services and many others across the Middle East, Africa and Oceania.

Head of Operational Excellence

Menna is a seasoned professional with entrepreneurial passion who leverages new technologies, innovative methodologies, and World-Class standards to drive exceptional customer experience.

Prior to WAVZ, she led and worked extensively and effectively with diverse teams to overcome daunting challenges and accomplish groundbreaking customer experience initiatives, A smooth operator and a believer that challenges can be turned into opportunities by creatively balancing progressive goals with business challenges in a customer-first culture.

Business Development Director, Postal Solutions and Services

Youssef brings on board 25+ years of experience in IT including IT strategic planning, business development, system integration, and applications development in various prominent IT organizations including IBM, IDSC, and WAVZ.

He plays a pivotal role in managing WAVZ relationship with the postal sector in Egypt, Middle East and Africa.

Youssef joined WAVZ in 2019 and holds an MBA degree from Aspen University, USA in Business Administration and Management.

Business Development Director, Government and Oil Sector

Amr is an IT & security systems professional with 33+ years of experience providing top-notch high tech services.

He has extensive experience in the areas of networking and IT security services.

During his career path, Amr has led several companies to achieve remarkable sales increase, revamp their products portfolio, in addition to mentoring individuals to maximize their efficiency and productivity.

Financial Services Director

Hesham joined WAVZ team in February 2024. He brings on board 25 years of experience in IT Sales and business development in the banking sector. Prior to WAVZ, he worked in a Oracle as financial sector account manager handling large governmental banks in Egypt and Libya.

Hesham holds a master’s degree in information technology from Nottingham University. He is an AUC Alumni and a graduate of the iTi.

He is leading the Financial services team responsible for delivering best of breed solutions to banks and financial organizations in Egypt and the middle east.

SAP Practice Director

Dalia brings on board 17+ years of experience in the IT industry, including a prominent 10+ years focus on ERP implementation with a proven track record of successful ERP implementations, digital transformation strategic planning and execution as well as IT management.

Dalia joined WAVZ in September 2019 as WAVZ SAP Practice Director and since then, she’s been playing a pivotal role in developing our SAP Solutions business unit.

She’s praised for her team building abilities and being able to align her business unit with the organization vision and mission in an exceptional manner.

Fintech Solutions Senior Manager

Ahmed is a highly accomplished professional with profound leadership in IT industry.

He brings a wealth of more than 25 years of experience, working with multinational, regional and local companies with a successful track record in digital transformation, consulting, operations, service delivery and IT management across multiple industries like banking, telecom, maritime, governmental, pharmaceutical and distribution companies.

Ahmed joined WAVZ in March 2022 and holds an MBA degree from Cardiff University.

Partnerships and Alliances Manager

Doaa brings on board a wealth of over 14 years of experience in the IT industry. She played a vital role in driving growth and innovation across various organizations.

She is playing a pivotal role in developing and managing WAVZ partnerships & strategic alliances relationships.

Doaa’s comprehensive knowledge of emerging technologies and her exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills have significantly contributed to WAVZ success, securing valuable alliances, and establishing mutually beneficial initiatives.

Doaa joined WAVZ in 2016 and holds an MBA in Digital Transformation from Paris ESLSCA Business School.

Head of Legal Department

Wael joined WAVZ in 2016 bringing on board over 15 years of legal experience in prominent law firms and several legal consultancy roles with prestigious organizations in Egypt.

He has a vast experience in companies law, labour law, criminal law & arbitration law.

He graduated From the Faculty of Law, Cairo University in 1999.

Data Warehouse, BI and AI Director 

Amany brings on board a wealth of over 30 years’ experience in information technology, data warehouse and analytics.

Naturally decisive and inspirational pioneer driver with a can-do attitude from NCR leader to Teradata, leading the most profitable overachieving GEO consulting services team in EMEA, known for accelerating delivery while maintaining quality of work.

Stopping by the Financial Regulatory Authority, e-Cards and Data Gear, and finally joined WAVZ in June 2024 to establish, lead, develop and grow a competitive, high-quality team of data consultants professionally skilled in Data management, Business Analysis, Business Intelligence and Artificial intelligence.
