Job Description
- Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and communicated to all stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure effective collaboration.
- Foster a positive team environment and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Regularly communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders and executive management. – Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
- Develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure timely resolutions. – Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business requirements.
- Implement best practices for project management and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate training sessions for end-users to facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes.
- Provide ongoing support to users post-implementation to address any issues or concerns.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing projects in the banking or financial services sector, specifically with Temenos solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple projects on time and within budget.
- Extensive experience with Temenos T24 implementation, customization, and support.
- In-depth knowledge of various T24 modules.
Qualifications Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management certification.
- Temenos T24 certification or training is highly desirable.
- Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, processes, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Temenos T24 and its various modules, including Retail, Corporate, and Wealth Management.
- Familiarity with integration processes between Temenos and other banking systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services sector.
