The Temenos Project Manager leads the delivery of Temenos banking solutions, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success. They facilitate communication among stakeholders and drive quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.

Job Description

• Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and communicated to all stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure effective collaboration.
• Foster a positive team environment and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Regularly communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders and executive management. – Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
• Develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure timely resolutions. – Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business requirements.
• Implement best practices for project management and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate training sessions for end-users to facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes.
• Provide ongoing support to users post-implementation to address any issues or concerns.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing projects in the banking or financial services sector, specifically with Temenos solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Extensive experience with Temenos T24 implementation, customization, and support.
• In-depth knowledge of various T24 modules.

Qualifications Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management certification.
• Temenos T24 certification or training is highly desirable.
• Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, processes, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in Temenos T24 and its various modules, including Retail, Corporate, and Wealth Management.
• Familiarity with integration processes between Temenos and other banking systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services sector.
