Job Description
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at key financial institutions, including banks, investment firms, and insurance companies.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Ensure clients are fully aware of the company’s product portfolio and services, offering tailored solutions based on their specific needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with overall company goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations, industry standards, and internal policies during the sales process.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and identify new prospects.
- Regularly review client accounts and provide recommendations for improvement, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate pricing models, contract negotiations, and payment terms.
- Provide timely feedback to the product development team on client needs and market demands.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of all client interactions, including contracts, communications, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and presentations aimed at client acquisition.
- Assist in setting quarterly and annual sales targets and budgets.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the financial services sector.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the financial services sector.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client accounts.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, such as banks, investment firms, or insurance companies.
- Familiarity with financial products (e.g., loans, investment portfolios, insurance), services, and solutions.
- Previous experience in negotiating contracts, closing deals, and managing the full sales cycle.
- Exposure to market analysis, identifying business opportunities, and tailoring solutions to client needs.
